1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DropHTML.de ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropHTML provides a high-performance platform for rapid deployment and hosting of static HTML/web sites. We offer temporary (guest) and permanent (authenticated) hosting solutions with custom domain support and automated GitHub deployments.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish. You agree not to upload, host, or transmit any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
  • Contains malware, viruses, phishing pages, or cryptographic miners.
  • Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete any site and terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Temporary Sites

Sites uploaded without an active user account are temporary and will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. We make no guarantees regarding data retention for temporary sites.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DropHTML, its creators, partners, or maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
